Right-of-way plotting doesn't scale by hand
Legal descriptions read like prose: bearings, distances, curve data, monument calls. Plotting one by hand means working call by call in CAD, then re-checking closure before it can move into the parcel fabric.
Automate the reading, keep the review
Vectis parses the legal description and builds the polygon, but nothing reaches the GIS feature service without a person reviewing the extracted fields and the geometry first.
